Thanks, Hack!
I look for Ant Hill to make it, given the team's strong showing down the stretch.

Per Bill Potter of the HL: All-League awards show pushed back to 11:30 CT. A few technical glitches in the video upload.

Ha! So much for having an awards show. Kinda defeats the purpose.
Congrats to Rob, Anthony and Kaylon!

Ray McCallum Jr. earned Newcomer of the Year and second-team all-conference because he helped lead a team of talented returnees from 10 wins a year ago to 13 wins and a share of the regular-season league championship this season!
Er, wait a second. That was another point guard?

Just a side point -- why are so many centers listed as forwards these days? Anthony Hill plays center. Eli Holman plays center. Is there something wrong with calling a guy a center?

Fran, I've thought this very same thing all season. If 6-foot-7 1/2, 240-pound Anthony Hill isn't a center for Milwaukee, we'll never had a true center and we never will. There have been perhaps three better centers in our program's history: Larry Reed, Chad Angeli and Adrian Tigert.

There haven't been true centers since the three-second rule was created, honestly. Nowadays most every power forward plays center in some way and vice versa.
Ryan Allen shouldn't have been left off the all-defensive team. That monster block on Cole late in the Cleveland State game should have gotten him there by itself.

I think the only thing holding Ryan off that team was lack of minutes. It will be interesting to see how the back court minutes are distributed next year. With Tone leaving we'll need Ja'Rob and Lonnie to get us points, but Ryan is a difference maker on the defensive end. I can foresee a lot of three guard lineups.

As good as Ray Jr was early in the year..his freshman in him showed. Kaylon should be the all newcomer of the year. IMO

I project Ryan as a starter next year. Ja'Rob and Tony can fill the shots that used to go to Tone, and Evan will find it hard to see minutes until he becomes a quality defender. Ryan is just a difference-maker.
