I'm sure the folks at Cleveland State will be happy to know that.

Sure does feel nice to have teams "gunning for Milwaukee" again, doesn't it?

Out of the top teams: Valpo, Cleveland State and Butler I think we match up the best with Butler. I would be the happiest to see them in the championship game.

We match up best with Butler because Howard likes to foul out, but they still scare me because of the fact that they've got more March experience than anyone else in the league combined.

If you want to be the best, you have to beat the best. It would be fun to beat the best three times. Also, a final with Butler will guarantee a big audience on ESPN. A chance for Milwaukee to show itself off.
Also, the HL's best shot at getting two bids is to have Butler lose in the final, whether it's to Milwaukee or some other team.

It would be best for the league, because those are the two programs over the last decade who have demonstrated sustained success.

I know the team knows about this. Jeter, talked about it on his radio show.

It's not impossble to think there could be three teams from the Horizon League, if Cleveland St. were to beat Butler in the semis and we won the tournament. Butler is likely in regardless, and a CSU win over them would significantly help their cause.

If Cleveland st beat Butler they may have a shot but I still don't think they wold have enough quality wins. Plus the Committee may swap in Cleveland St for Butler if it came down to Milwaukee vs CSU in the finals. Regardless I think we will have a combination of 4 teams in the NCAA's/ NIT, Valpo, Milwaukee, Cleveland St, and Butler.

The Experts on ESPNU are convinced that Butler is in, and will be a lock if they make it to the final.
