Chad Boudreau was on Doug and Mike on WSSP this morning. Very good interview. Back to back days they have had a UWM presence. Costello was on yesterday. Costello seems like a pretty awesome guy.

mupanther, are you going to wander around the Cell tonight and count any empty seats you see so you can report back to us later?
Let it go, man. The crowd will be great. It's effectively going to be a sellout. This will be, bar none, the most exciting atmosphere for college basketball in Milwaukee since the last time we hosted the HL championship. No offense to MU, which has certainly had some good game environments since then, but their fans just aren't as hungry as ours, and no game they have played at home has ever meant remotely as much to them as this one does to Milwaukee.
This is it. This is THE game.

"I know you think you have king kong balls because UWM faired well against Butler this year. But let's face it, your team is nothing more than a low grade commuter sh*tbag group of mediocre players. Last I checked, Butler had dominated this league the last few years, and for the better part of a decade while UWM has kicked it in the middle of the pack. Your hyphenated high school you call a college holds not a candle to Butler. We have run up against two great efforts this year from your crew. I admit that, but damn to hell if you think that A. UWM is a better team/program or B. Hill is better than Howard.
If your team wins Tuesday night, then congrats enjoy getting bounced by a 2 seed on day one. Then all of you can go back to your pasty fat women and gross Miller products. But I wouldn't be showing up on a Butler board and feeling c***y. You can only wish your small time craptastic program can achieve 1/100 of what Butler has and will achieve. "
I found this on the Butler forum under "Hill vs Howard" this will be my motivation tonight when i harass Howard till he cries.

Harass the player on the court during play all you want.
Students and fans alike... emotions are running high right now and that's great. A little friendly banter with Butler fans is fine, please don't let it get out of hand, and give us all a bad name. Take the high road. We all represent UWM tonight, remember that. Cheer on your school with class, win or loose.

BBFran- No, I'm not going to count empty seat. Just seats that are sold. I just do anything in my power to get people to the games. Not saying you do this, but many people b*tch about attendance. When an event is not sold out, it gives people the sign that it's not a big event.
I have ran into people that think....
A) Have no idea about the game tonight.
B) Think that 3,000 tickets are sold
C) It's sold-out already, so I can't get tickets
D) How do I get tickets?

Tickets have been selling hot today...alot of people wearing the Regular Season champs shirts around campus...And CBS 58 is here as well...this is THE GAME for Milwaukee tonight and for the basketball season...Today, the Panthers matter more than the Bucks or MU.
