"The turning point of the game is when Jeter used a timeout out of the blue in in the first half." Com'on now. That's not possible. I've been told Jeter is poor coach and shouldn't be a D1 coach. I'm amazed he used a timeout. He loves to carry over at least 2-3 for the next game.... Good win, but even UIC beats an Illinois team from time to time. Hell, poor man beat Wisconsin last year.He used one late in the second half too, to try to stifle a little momentum swing. It's like he reads the boards(P.S. I crossed out the unhealthy attitude. Let's be positive!)

Again. This team is inconsistant. "Not that good" depends on opinion. Who among us had us winning in Hinkle? Add the home win vs Butler, winning at Detroit, beating UNI and pushing MU to the wire proves this team is good enough to win the HL. The Mr. Hyde to it all is WMU, Loyola, DePaul, and the games that we quit 5 minutes in. There's multiple examples of how bipolar this team is. Bad teams pull the occasional upset. If yesterday was an outlier, that'd be one thing. But it wasn't. Nobody should be all that surprised, based on what this team has been during the highs. So true K-Raw. I fully expect this team to finish 9-9 but still hold out hope for 11-7. This team HAS the talent. I've believed that since Italy, but they obviously lack the mental toughness necessary to push through during the tough times. Call it the Jay Cutler Syndrome. How do they overcome this? Who knows... I can only hope that somehow it happens sooner than later. This season defies all logic... I fully expect them to lose the next three home games (and by saying that they'll probably win, right?) ;D

They are a team good enough of beating Butler, but also bad enough to blow a double digit lead at HOME vs Loyola. Meaning they are average.

The Panthers need to be hot at the right time. That's in the HL toury.

I saw that on his FB page... he did add in the comment section that he was going to be out there Friday though. Not sure if he's being overly optimistic, but let's hope he's ready to go.
