Nice to see the team show some spunk after laying down against Wright St. The three-ball came through today, but it's not a strategy that will work most of the time. Butler will play much better perimeter defense than what Detroit showed this afternoon, which was abysmal.

Detroit seems similar to UWM. The pieces are there, but something is lacking to deliver a consistent performance.

Nice to see this team not fold and win. A better coached team wouldn't have choked at the end like Detroit did.
This game definitely showed this is a two team league right now, Butler and Cleveland State at one level and the rest.
