Except for the part about this being a done deal weeks ago, and the part about the series starting this year; you're right. Oh wait that's really all you MU guys have been saying so I guess maybe "everything we've stated" has NOT happened in actuality huh? PS If you want to insult people do it on your own board. We said it was a done deal...it is for all practical purposes. We said it would be a 4 for 1 at minimum...it will be, just wait and see.
We did say it was going to start this year...it was, but then things changed. We then said it was start next year...we said it BEFORE it hit the press. It now has hit the press.
I guess you can keep waiting to hear from Rob in the paper, but it's a 4 for 1 and it's coming your way and will start in '07.

Boys, a quick tip about the chameleon (chicos/striped/fred/etc./etc.). Don't feed the pigeon. He will never leave, and he will leave droppings by the ton. If you ignore him, he will be left to talk only to himself. That's how the boys at the Marquette site handle him.

Besides, that hoops1212 fool mentioned how great a relationship he has with Bo Ryan and Marquette's program. The guy was propping himself up, where did the significance of that statement come from?
I love that we apparently have "2 great programs in the state" in UW and MU. The guy is ignorant of us, and UWGB. I don't see Green Bay as a struggling program, as they have gotten great in-state recruits and are a very good team in the Resch Center. And UWM is just that much better, but I don't want to get into another argument with fred over which in-town team has had better success as of late. We have 4 good programs, and 3 great ones.
The guy said he went to Platteville, where he was a captain for Ryan. So why not mention Jeter? Like most Wisconsin fans, he'd rather act like we don't exist.

Why does Marquette want a 4-1 deal? It should be a six year 1-and-1 deal. I mean they aren't Duke. Wowwww Marqueeette!! Holy sh*t. Noone even knows where it is. They are going to be a bunch of pussies trying to get the home court advantage and won't play U-dub any other way. If they had a pair they'd play a 1-1 deal. Make it fair. You're the team in the big-f**king-east right? You get the best recruits and have tons more money. You should beat an underfuned mid-major with your eyes closed and both hands tied behind your back. Show-off. Show us what a team from a "power conference" does.
I'd actually applaud MU if they did that because if they'd win it'd be rubbing it in U-dubs face. "Oh we know we can get you for a 4-1 but well be nice and give you a 1-1 because we want to beat you on your home court because we're sooo good." But down inside they know UWM then could beat them and that would bring that whole wall of superiority down. Imagine that! They'd be jumping off buildings.
