Everyone should do everything they can to bring as many of their friends, relatives, whoever, to this game. Heck, I just got back to my tent at 2000 after working a 12 hour day (granted I work in an office, which is a trailer), and will be going to bed now so I can get 6 hours of sleep before getting up at 2:30 AM, trudging through the sand to my camp's internet cafe (which is in a trailer, seeing a trend here ), and paying $5 an hour just to watch my team play YSU. That's right, I'm going to PAY more money to watch a crappy internet feed with YSU announcers than it costs to actually attend said game. And I'll be overjoyed to do it, because I love my team. So if you do too, then work harder than you ever have before to PACK THE CELL! now thats dedication that we all can appreciate, in more ways than one.

Thanks guys. So many of us on this board have shown an unbelievable dedication to this program. And I love seeing just how much this number has grown over the last few years. I know we'll have the Cell absolutely rockin' on national TV come Bracket Buster Saturday.
GO PANTHERS!

despite Missouri State being the #1 road team it looks like we'll still play them considering No. Iowa can't play them for obvious reasons. other games of interest include: Tennessee Tech @ Old Dominion Butler @ VCU UIC @ Hawaii Wright St. @ Miami Oh (i think these 2 already played each other this year, can they play again?) Indiana State @ Loyola High Point @ GB (zzzzzzzzzzzzzz) UNC-Greensboro @ Cleveland State UC-Santa Barbara @ Detroit YSU @ Canisius www.thebracketboard.com/

Everyone is thinking of our Bracket Buster opponent and while that is important, the BB opponents other HL teams will face is EQUALLY important because it will impact their RPI's and that in turn will help ours.

Loyola's game is huge if they still wanna hold onto a chance at getting an at-large bid for the tourney ;D

I love how everyone on their board was ripping UWM's chance. I just had to laugh after reading all the hype about their at-large chances when they were ripping through that legendary NC schedule!!

It's now called BracketBusters presented by EBAY, and it's not necessarily on Saturday. From Creighton's website... Bracket Buster UpdateBelow are several newsworthy items about the event formerly known as Bracket Buster Saturday. -This year’s event will be known as BracketBusters presented by eBay. -On the afternoon of Monday, Jan. 30th, ESPNNews will announce the pairings for the event. -On the afternoon of Tuesday, February 7, ESPNNews will finalize the TV schedule for the event, which includes dates, times and networks. -Thirteen of the 50 games in the event will be televised by ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU or ESPN360. -Games will take place between Friday, Feb. 17 and Sunday, Feb. 19th. Due to other events scheduled for the facility that weekend, Creighton can only play in an evening game on Saturday, Feb. 18 at Qwest Center OMAHA™. www.gocreighton.com/sports/common/news_releases_detail.asp?articleID=4888My guess is 6 of the 13 TV games will be shown nationally on ESPN or ESPN2, and the other 7 will be regional and on the other ESPN networks. I believe this is the way it was last year.

If anyone has ESPN Insider, would you post Lunardi's insider column on "Busters We Want to See"?

A total of 100 teams from 18 conferences will be under consideration this weekend when ESPN makes a dozen pairings for the Feb. 18 Bracket Buster event.
Those pairings will be announced Monday on ESPNEWS, but why wait? Here is how one bracketologist would sort out the field:
• Bucknell (Patriot) at Northern Iowa (MVC) • George Mason (CAA) at Southern Illinois (MVC) • Missouri State (MVC) at UW-Milwaukee (Horizon) • Northwestern State (Southland) at Old Dominion (CAA) • Tennessee Tech (OVC) at Wichita State (MVC) • Louisiana Tech (WAC) at Creighton (MVC) • Buffalo (MAC) at Iona (MAAC) • Samford (OVC) at Utah State (WAC) • Fresno State (WAC) at Western Kentucky (Sun Belt) • Marist (MAAC) at Nevada (WAC) • Butler (Horizon) at Ohio (MAC) • Northern Arizona (Big Sky) at Pacific (Big West)
The problem this year is that too many of the better teams are playing at home, so the number of top 50 matchups is lower than would be ideal. Even so, it should be another terrific showcase for many, many quality "under the radar" teams.
