We are in the University of Wisconsin System. Every school in the state has their local community attached to the title of the school.

Again, UW-Madison plays UW-Milwaukee.

Don't believe me? Check out the UW-Madison website:

Which means that the UW System should allow our athletic program to simply be called Milwaukee. Otherwise its entirely a blatant bias for UW-Madison to simply be called "Wisconsin."

Credible newspapers refer to the major public university in Madison, Wis. as the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
