For this year anyway, congrats to the best team in the city of Milwaukee. We may have to take that title back next year, however. ;D
Enjoy the ride...I know I did 2 years ago with our run to the FF. The game is in Chicago, so I expect to see a TON of black and gold there next weekend!!!
I'll be cheering for you guys the rest of the way.

"so I expect to see a TON of black and gold there next weekend!!!"
There's a few thousand folks in orange that'll have something to say about that.
Sorry.

IL will have the obvious majority, but UWM fans will travel well for this game and you can count on the AZ/ OK St. fans cheering the underdog on. Did I mention that we are hungry and loud.
Not that it really matters, but we are slightly closer to Chicago than UIUC.

I am still in shock and it still seems so unreal
Gotta take it in while you can
That was the most intense I have EVER seen this team play defense from start to finish
Way to go Panthers
Bring on the Big 10

I do not think it is going to be as hostile a crowd as has been reported.
I think we will bring nearly as many fans as Illinois, and also feel that every person without a rooting interest will be on our side. At worst, this is going to be a neutral court matchup. At best, we might have 75% in our favor.

Lou, I love your undying optimism, but 75%.. Where do you think all the UI grads end up... We won't hire them up here Even if they have the majority, our boys playing will keep them quiet!
