Should never be playing d1 teams at the Kcenter when we played d3 teams at the Arena. Agreed. I’m not a fan of the Klotsche Center, but I understand having a few games there. However, if we have games there, all non-D1 competition should be there. I suppose I understand a third game at the K being a D1 game during Thanksgiving break, but there’s no reason to play Luther at the UWMPA and IUPUI at the K. As the AD and id assume others in the department say and think, just deal with it. When I talk about the value of my season tickets a Kcenter game is basically a write off for any value for me where I sit. Theres no comparable seat at the KCenter to my seats at the arena. No matter where I sit im going to be way further from the action then I am in my incredible seats at the arena.

I’ll just say I prefer having 3 games at the K per year over a full schedule at the K. As much as we may dislike having a few games at the K per year, I understand it and I deal with it. Hopefully the Panthers get back to a place where their average attendance exceeds the K’s capacity and it makes financial sense to have every game downtown, but we aren’t there yet, apparently.

Luther was the Homecoming game. That's why it was at UWMPA.

I know it sounds a little goofy, but let’s face it, the whole idea of a homecoming basketball game is a little goofy. I’m not complaining, it seems to get more butts in seats than a normal game, but I suppose I’m saying we should embrace the goofiness more by having it later in the year against a quality opponent rather than an NAIA school that goes out of business a year later.

Ticketmaster is showing Green Bay at Milwaukee will be at 5pm on March 2. Booooooooo!!!!! I actually think this could help us boost some attendance numbers. Earlier on a Saturday night will allow people to still have plans at a reasonable time and since it's a weekend, maybe we see a lot of fans.

The reason for the time change would be is that our game got picked for ESPNU.

Yet others who had planned on being there won't be able to free themselves from work on time.

Regardless it got moved back to 7 according to Ticketmaster.
