Am I the only person who thinks this year’s schedule is perfectly cromulent? Yeah, the D3 games are obnoxious but every HL program has them (and frankly, we need the wins this year). The KC games aren’t great, but we’ve had Bradley, Montana, Southern Miss, UC Davis, SEMO, and Boston U play there in recent years. They aren’t world beaters, but our non conference games at the Panther Arena haven’t been any better in those years. As for the non conference schedule this year, we had two buy games, two non-D1s, three return games against decent opponents, two new home and homes against decent opponents… kinda seems standard to good to me.

You may be the only person. Even Bart Lundy was not happy with the schedule. Go back and check his comments on the day this year's schedule was announced and after some of the losses. Last year, when the schedule was released, he basically stated it would get better as the program moves along. I don't think it did. Apparently neither did Coach Lundy. More home and homes with D1 teams from the upper midwest would better in a number of respects, including expense savings, which this program must be continually cognizant of.

Haha ok, so maybe I am alone on this. I guess I don’t know if MAC and MVC teams are all that interested in home-and-homes. I think I’d rather have home-and-homes with Longwood and Southern Miss and Chattanooga over teams like Chicago State.
I remember Lundy saying last year that he wanted more home games. It seems a little difficult to envision a scenario where Milwaukee gets more home games and better opponents. I suppose having an MTE in Milwaukee like they did last year and were apparently discussing this year may have helped with that.

We're the primary tenant. They have to wait for us to finish our schedule before they can finish theirs. The Admirals released their schedule on July 12, two months before the Panthers released their non-con schedule. Are we no longer the primary tenant? That would suck.

I think the Panthers are still the primary tenant. The Admirals did release their schedule earlier, but later changed the date of one of their games that conflicted with (I think) the Milwaukee-Chattanooga game.

Chicago State beat Stetson 77-54. Why not, bring the Cougars to the HL.

On the bright side, it seems like there’s been *some* improvement since the Florida debacle.

Yeah I kinda said that tongue in cheek, but I guess a single digit loss to USM and a sub-15 point loss at a subpar team playing pretty well right now (their close loss to PFW looks a lot better after PFW smoked Oakland) is a step up from that debacle against Stetson and our last second win against a team probably worse than last years Green Bay team.

Wild Card picks normally come out 2 weeks before. The way Green Bay is play, our game could see the time change.
Saturday, March 2 – 5 p.m. CT on ESPNU Northern Kentucky at Wright State Detroit Mercy at Oakland Green Bay at Milwaukee RMU at Purdue Fort Wayne IUPUI at Cleveland State

Wish someone from the AD could come on here and explain why we have a february conference game at the damn K Center, then in the same breath tell me they value my investment in tickets and the program. Ive been one of the biggest defenders of Braun on here but she was straight up rude to the guy sitting next to me when he asked why if we are the primary tenant and our names on the building we arent playing late season games at the Arena. Imagine moving a game on the sunday before the super bowl with nothing going on the K Center instead of trying to fill the Arena up. My tickets are fantastic at the arena but at the KCenter Im stuck in GA.

Word was that 3 games were going to be at the KC. Save on rent is my guess. Stinks that it is a February game. Even if it is IUPUI.

Should never be playing d1 teams at the Kcenter when we played d3 teams at the Arena. Agreed. I’m not a fan of the Klotsche Center, but I understand having a few games there. However, if we have games there, all non-D1 competition should be there. I suppose I understand a third game at the K being a D1 game during Thanksgiving break, but there’s no reason to play Luther at the UWMPA and IUPUI at the K.
