And the tournament is now held at a neutral site with perhaps several dozen people on hand. I have yet to hear anyone explain how seeding even matters any more.

Gotcha. Well, I think that Valpo has an outside chance at an at-large berth and the rest of us are probably competing for a 13 or 14 seed.

How about winning, to get more people to see the team play at UWM Panther Arena.

As long as we are captive to this kind of extreme front-loaded scheduling that's going to be a challenge. We have three close to razor thin losses to three good to exceptional teams in the first 12 days of the season. Good lord.
But the coaches and players know this is preparing them for the league. Even in its losses we have seen that this team has exceptional fight. Anybody getting off the bandwagon early this year would be making a big mistake.

The hot start to the season has certainly lost it's luster in the past two days... I second that.

Hang in there, guys!
Jet leads the nation in assists (59), Milwaukee leads the nation in 3-pointers made and Matt is going to get into the top 5 in program history in several statistical categories.
It's going to be a fun year!
