Since this is our 4th season can we be CB4?
Who wants to be StabMasta Arson?

It has already been brought to the attention of the board that several panthers would like to associate "Cell" with prison.
However, that will not be allowed by U.S. Cellular, so that idea was shot down.
All right, so I'm compiling a short list of things this meeting is going to go over for next season:
1. Section Name Change - Change from Klotsche Krazies to alternative name.
2. New Chants - Any ideas will be appreciated.
3. Floor Leader Lane - Four foot area between barrier and a new, similar barrier at the foot of the standing risers to allow leaders of the student section space to roam the front and lead the group.
4. Student Section Leader Number - How many leaders do we need?
5. S.S. Leaders - Fill up that number with leaders.
6. Other ideas - Separate from chants (Songs, Body movements, etc.)
7. Education - Setting up Rally to bring new ideas to the masses.
8. New Section T-Shirts
This is an open forum, if you can think of anything else for the meeting, be my guest and include them here. We were going to have it sometime next week, but now that the referendum is going on, we're going to have to hold the meeting off until the final week of April or the first week of May.

Eliminate 3,4, and 5. College basketball is supposed to be fun for students, not some poor resemblence of a workshop.

Good ideas Lemke but I think we need to let it come to us rather than forcing it. I do like the t-shirt idea but I think we should all buy the "Rob Squad" ones.

while i want to keep the name the same, IF we were to change it, i'd want it to be "The Hell in the Cell" however the WWE would sue us if we ever tried making money off of it.

Andy, who made the Rob Squad shirts, threw out an idea that he'd like to design the new section t-shirts. Why not see what he can come up with?

How can U.S. Cellular control the student section name?

I really hope the name stays the same but if it does change why not the Cell Crazies? At least you have something new and something traditional in there.

We will post the time/date/location when that step acctually happens I figured. I dont think i made clear what I wanted to, the meeting should be advertised IMO to get as many kids there as possible. I think the more people we will have the more successful it will be. I know a lot of people who really like panther bball that have no idea this place even exists

alright students, jdbrew and i have been talking about actually figuring out a time when all of us can meet up to discuss cheers and anything else we'd want to do during games. we're thinking about a saturday around the time school starts. we want to have the meeting early and then practice them at soccer games throughout the season so we can have them prepared for not only the MU/UWM soccer match but for bball season as well. the Milwaukee Cup is on 9/13. like i said, jdbrew and i prefer on a saturday during the day w/ everyone meeting in the Union, probably near the foodcourt. what are others thoughts as far as dates/times?

I think that is a fantastic idea. I think we should practice them not only at the Men's game on September 13th, but the women's game vs. MU on September 12th. I think we should also advertise it, put up flyers around campus...I'm sure there are at least a dozen students who would like to lead up front with us and have never heard of this board.
