Im really thinking that after 2 national championships and no job advancement u could see the writing on the wall and decided to get out..I mean he wanted the job here but wasnt even considered...Im guessing that had to do with some of it albeit a very small portion but its nice to coach your son to two national championships then go out a winner....

He also did not want to teach anymore...............at UWSP he was forced to teach. On a side note, other jobs have already been offered to him (ones in which he would not be forced to teach on the side).

comming from a former point student of 2 years... its not like he had really tough classes to teach. he taught the basketball stratagies course for the coaching minor and the begining and intermediate golf class. the later is where he wanted to be most of the time anyway. so i don't really think that the fact that he was forced to teach a few courses had anything to do with his retirement.
