Maybe it's that the bubbly went to my head, but it seems entirely plausible that the ridiculous 23-day competitive layoff was the overriding factor in our no-show performance against Oakland. I don't think this is a 20-win team by any stretch of the imagination, but I'm equally sure that it's not a 10-win team. I'm feeling immensely better after yesterday's win and some late-night revelry.
