With this referee crew it's apparently illegal to play any sort of tight defense. Or to even BREATHE on a Tommy player!!!

Was there a charge at the end of the game?

Very frustrating ending with the charging call, but the Panthers didn’t deserve to win either. Good teams overcome bad officiating, and I’m not even sure the officiating was that bad today. They have a lot to clean up before league play, and that’s coming up fast.
One thing to think about for Coach. When that charge was called, it was a 2 point game. He gave St. Thomas a free point and very nearly gave them another one with another technical foul at the end. Having a fiery coach is a nice breath of fresh air for this program, but that free throw could have been the difference in the game.

Was there a charge at the end of the game? Honestly, I thought it was one, especially with the way this game was being called in the 2nd half.

It should not have come down to that last play, we had too many opportunities earlier to take control of this one

I want to dream that someday we'll be a team where the refs don't call a foul on us for BREATHING on an opposing player!!!!

You don’t make a game killing call on a play like that as a ref. At worst should’ve been a no-call.

Lundy said in the radio post game show he thought his players came out flat. He questioned whether his players took St. Thomas seriously. He stated they have a lot to work on offensively, as there was a lot of standing around. He stated they will learn from this.
He did not sound happy. That's what I wanted to hear.

Coach Airens said it best ...Players win games, coaches lose them. 0 and 3 againt D1 teams . Hope everyone is learning

On one hand, I’m glad to hear that Lundy wasn’t happy with the performance and wasn’t just blaming the refs like consistent losers do. On the other hand, it’s worrying that the players on the team didn’t take St. Thomas seriously (as they were favored and frankly have a better resume than Milwaukee this year). That doesn’t speak well to the character of this team, and that’s a worrying sign.

Get this fixed immediately and don't ever breathe a word of this again."
