Is PBS holding PBJ out until the extension is signed?! I don't "think" he's encouraging him to get back on the court. I've zero idea though. If Jr is really, seriously hurt however, the AD and the Baldwins are doing themselves no favors by hiding an injury- the amount of games missed will be a bigger red flag than a slow-healing ankle or calf. If Sr is unwilling to take a risk (that risk was implied upon committment to play D1 basketball) and merely being overly-cautious and trying to protect an NBA future (I think this is more likely, as I don't like to think people I respect would ever lie- esp. to their family of fans)-- OK. Sucks to be the ppl* holding the bag though.  *long-time Panther fans, new Panther fans, prospective Panther fans who just needed a reason to like the Panthers again or for the 1st time. This was a perfectly exploded opportunity. |

Honest to goodness (I'm impatient and old enough to now know how this all ends)--
you fire Baldwin now (PBJ can leave the team if he wants) and have McGhee or one of the other assistants ride out this not-so-magic carpet ride. Serious programs take losing- seriously.

This is the worst game I have ever seen us play. I can remember Robs 2nd season when we went like 9-20 or something, and there wasn’t a game this bad.

I think we're living in a sim - cruel, cruel joke by our friend or family member who bought us this 'gift'. Like "The Game" or Total Recall.

This is the worst game I have ever seen us play. I can remember Robs 2nd season when we went like 9-20 or something, and there wasn’t a game this bad. The only Rob Jeter game that comes to mind that was even close was that loss to winless UIC on senior night in 2013-2014). I can think of at least a few games worse than (or at least as bad as) tonight in PBS’ tenure off the top of my head. Concordia St. Paul. Cleveland State in our first game against Dennis Gates. Alcorn State. I think one of the Western Illinois debacles was under PBS. |

So I’d feel bad about wearing a paper bag over my head at a remaining home game because I know at least some of the players are trying, and they’re not getting paid for this. But could I suggest booing when PBS’ name is announced at the remaining home games?

Gholsten and Lathon are a combined 4-22. Lathon isn’t a good shooter , and shouldn’t be taking that many shots period. No clue why Gholsten has been in such a funk lately. |
