Hopefully nobody affected has any long term effects from Covid and nobody spreads it to anyone who is especially vulnerable. Basketball should be and is taking a back seat right now. Pitino said that the start of the season should be pushed back to next semester and the tournaments should start in May.

Allowing 25% fans. Taking 2 days off work and making the 6 hour drive for what may be my only live sporting event in what will probably be a year in a half span seems almost worth it.

Two more players caught COVID today crazy! By my estimation, that puts us back in the protocol until Dec. 10.

Two more players caught COVID today crazy! By my estimation, that puts us back in the protocol until Dec. 10. But if the players are not near each other, which I’m assuming is the case under the current protocol, would the rest of the team be able to travel and those two players continue to not be a part of team activities? In other words, the game against Kansas State should still go on as planned but we’ll have two less players??

When is the opener?

Sounds like the WMU game is probably off or at least postponed.
