What do the following players NOT have in common with anyone left on the roster or anyone committed (currently -- but my latest information is "stay tuned") to the roster next year?
Joah Tucker, Justin Lettenberger, Ricky Franklin, Anthony Hill, Deion James, Kyle Kelm, Cody Wichmann, Al Hanson, Dylan Page, JJ Panoske, Brett and Alex Prahl, Bryce Nze, Austin Arians, Steve McWhorter. And that's a partial list.
Give up? Well, obviously you could say "they played mid-major basketball" and be right. But I was actually going for "They're from Wisconsin!"
We now have no scholarship players on the roster from the state of Wisconsin, and none committed. Wow. Not seven or eight years ago we had more Wisconsin scholarship players than any other D1 program. And not coincidentally, we had a very good program.
Honest to God, they should just give away tickets for next season. Who the hell would buy them!?
