There are some issues here with this coach, his roster and this system. There I said it. Feels good to unburden myself. Just calling it like I see it!

I think the first and third issues will get much better as he gets to build out his own roster

The ball was in the hands of the guy we wanted at the end," Baldwin said. "We drew up a play for him. He got off as good of a shot as what we could have drawn up at the end and it just didn't go in."

I am fine with JB taking a three pointer for the win.
However, what is as frustrating as waiting for the last few seconds to take the shot is the lack of a quote from PB as to whether his plan was to run the clock down to those last few seconds. I would like to think the play PB designed was for a quicker shot, and the players just did not execute as designed.
Given the lack of media coverage and the only substantive reporting being by paid employees of the program (Zills and Warras), we will probably never know.
