I have a few names in mind, but I wanted to find out what you all think. Candidly, the transfer rules are never far from my mind and I really hope that we can keep all our guys!

Could you elaborate on which one you think is the better player, Victor?

I can't imagine Brock transferring and playing for a 4th coach. Nze, while having two great games recently, is also too inconsistent to play high major. He is perfect for the HL. I think JB likes having the opportunity to play major minutes and score at will. I'm not worried about losing any of these guys.

Oops I meant JB. Bryce Enze keeps getting better. Stull is a great shooter.
If I had to choose a best player I'd say JB. He has great handles and him (and Enze) seem to spark this team.
Brett Prahl is light years better than he was as a freshman.
Don't forget DeAndre Abrams. And CWN with more experience. Jeremy Johnson (where did he go?).
We have a lot of talent. Maybe things are subliminally on the uptick... 'Already markedly better than last season. I'm confident. More giveaways and more wins can eventually get the Arena rockin... Sucks so bad the HLT is in Detroit instead of highest remaining seed.
I too, wish we had a competent AD chief. I feel like our ship got intercepted by pirates. It took a long time to get where Jeter (and Ryan and Pearl) got us. I have hope PB can make us a consistent winner and Big Dance threat.

I don't think that J.B. will leave, but I remain concerned about the ever-evolving transfer rules. If the most recently proposed change is enacted, it will be tantamount to unrestricted free agency.

I think it would be between Brock and JB for me. Bell has really performed well this season...45% from the field & 40% from 3. Brock is a bit more well rounded in the assist and rebounding game...either way both of these guys are great.

Brock Stull and Bryce Nze could each easily play up fifteen leagues from the Horizon. Bell could play up five to ten. We should dearly hope that the idea allegedly being considered by the NCAA to allow transfers without sitting out a year does not come to pass.

Isn't it only being considered for players who have a coaching change? I don't see Baldwin getting fired so I think your concern about that rule is moot in this situation.

If that's true I agree that particular concern is moot for Nze. I agree that Pat Baldwin's job is safe for the time being.
Of course, players have been transferring despite having to sit out a year forever, and more and more are doing it. I'm not suggesting it, but Bryce hasn't redshirted, so he could transfer and still have two years to play in a better league before, you know, fans. As for Brock, this is his eighth semester at Milwaukee. I think we all understand what that means. Just by way of example, could Greg Gard have used a grad transfer like Brock Stull this year? The point is, he would probably have some outstanding opportunities next year if he wanted them. Austin Arians and Akeem Springs (but for his extremely unfortunately timed injury) got to the NCAA tournament that way.
A mid-major program in decline always has to worry about this.

Both Brock and Nze would then be playing/recruited by their 4th coach. I wonder if they would be content dealing with another change.

What's one more? Our AD taught them that stability in college athletics is not something a player can ever count on.

Maybe they like Milwaukee and enjoy their teammates and friends they have made over the years? It might not be all about the athletics to some of the kids.

That's entirely possible and exactly what we should hope for. But the bonds of friendship can be much less powerful when the program itself is weak.
Besides, they have these things called texting and twitter and facebook these days.

I wouldn't be surprised if 1-2 people leave at season's end but more so because they're not in Baldwin's long-term plans. The chain reaction of events, thanks to Ohio State, happened too late in the offseason to really have a legitimate assessment for both the coaches and players of each other. If someone leaves, hopefully they pursue a grad transfer.
