Flames are 10-8 overall (6-3 without Dixson) and have moved to 3-2 in Horizon League play following wins over Detroit, Cleveland State and Youngstown State. With Dixson's 20.3 ppg on the sidelines, the squad relies on Tai Odiase and his 11.2 points and team-high 6.8 rebounds per game. Marcus Ottey is also in double-figures at 10.3 ppg. Odiase, a Preseason All-Horizon League Second Team honoree this season, also leads the league in blocks at 3.0 per game, which sits sixth in the country.

If our guard play wasn't as $h!tty as the UIC Pavilion it would have been a lot closer game than 14. Brett played well and Nze was amazing with 22p and 6r. Didn't help that the refs were not calling anything.

If our guard play wasn't as $h!tty as the UIC Pavilion it would have been a lot closer game than 14. Brett played well and Nze was amazing with 22p and 6r. Didn't help that the refs were not calling anything. That is the killer. We get inside scoring, but the guards lay an egg. Tough to win in the new era of college basketball with 57 points. ++By new era, 51- D1 schools are averaging 80+ points a game. |

++By new era, 51- D1 schools are averaging 80+ points a game. Give us SOME credit. That's the 3rd time in the last 4 games that we held an opponent to under 60 (including Oakland). |
