When did the athletic department contract with Learfield Sports?

It appears this slipped under our radar (at least mine). I wonder what will be the scope of Learfield's service to the AD, and if this will have significant positive impact on upcoming radio and TV broadcast decisions.
Assuming the Learfield partnership is a recent development, this is one of many new changes that has me looking very forward to the upcoming men's basketball season and beyond!
