Granted, I think it's more of an obligation to state rules but still, there's no reason why this should stay open past next weekend. The Badgers posted their HC position on Feb 26 & officially hired Gard on March 8. As for renewing the Marquette series, I'm still firmly against it. Didn't watch or attend any of them the last time and I'll continue to do that if it happens again. |

I would be shocked if there is not a new coach by April 7th or 8th. The Final Four is an event that everyone is at. A lot of work will be done or completed by this weekend.

Does anyone know if UWM has even interviewed any people yet? My guess is they've done preliminary interviews to whittle it down to a more manageable # for in-person interviews. She's meeting with candidates this weekend. |
