Anyone else confused here? Isn't this the same job she was doing at Minnesota? Wouldn't that be a step down?

Rossi reported to the CFO at Minnesota and seemed to shoulder the load on the back-office functions (compliance, financial reporting). Now, she's the top dog in her department and, with the Deputy AD title, will likely be more involved in the overall decision-making for the AD.

At Minnesota, she was making 88k. At Milwaukee she is in the low-to-mid 100k's, according to two people I've talked to (neither of them know the exact number, but it's somewhere from 102k to 105k). For reference, Charlie Gross made 92.5k per year.

I look forward to meeting her and wish her the best. She has big shoes to fill. Charlie was a prince. For anyone who missed it, Charlie was recently named AD at Carroll College in Helena, Montana. A great opportunity for a great guy.
