Granted, Judson was almost literally a scrimmage, but here's a stunning stat line:
23 minutes played, 0 points, 0 shot attempts, 0 free throw attempts, 0 fouls, 0 turnovers, 2 rebounds -- and 9 assists.
Ladies and gentlemen, we have a point guard. Jordan Johnson controlled the game offensively while he was in it without ever taking a shot. Considering he scored 22 to beat UW, it's pretty obvious he's just a player who will do whatever it takes for his team. That kid is a winner. Yet another outstanding recruiting job by our staff.

When I first looked at the stats and saw he never took a shot I was afraid he'd gotten hurt. Pretty impressive no matter who you are playing. My Dad is a big Iowa State fan and back in the 90's they had a point guard named Jacy Holloway who almost never shot and scored, but they had some great teams.

I'm amazed that I'm saying this 11 games into Jet's career, but we've upgraded at the position.
Incredible given that we had Steve McWhorter there last year. Absolutely incredible.

I won't go that far yet. Steve was a great player, and obviously much bigger and more physical. That could matter during conference play. But I'm not going to sell Jordan short; his start has been exceptional.
On the other hand, I think there's a very good chance that the combo of Jordan and JayQuan will be our best at that position during Rob's tenure.
