And no better demonstration of the Catch 22. D1 schools won't play us at our place unless they are either so terrible they want to be paid to come and lose (see every single Marquette non-con opponent that they voluntarily scheduled) or are good enough that they are worried what possibly losing to us might do to their tournament hopes (see Wisconsin or Marquette). Then we go out and beat the Badgers and prove the point.
So after one of the best non-con wins in our history -- a win so big the Milw-Sentinel/journal actually gave us a secondary article on page 6! -- we all get to celebrate together at home in our next game. Against "Judson." In the Klotsche. Yay.

Judson lost by almost 30 to Trinity International so they shouldn't exactly be too tough. They do have a bunch of three year starters, though. Hopefully Panthers just take it for what it is, a chance to improve and hopefully have some fun. Win at Minnesota and no one will care that we played Judson!

There's a game at Panther Arena against South Dakota before that Minnesota game. One game at a time. South Dakota also beat Minnesota, by the way.

You don't know which Marquette team or which Wisconsin team you're going to get on any given night." - ESPNMilwaukee 12/10/2015(maybe it's neither). I think we could beat Marquette at the BC this season. 'Just sayin...  All 3 have a shot at having a semi-successful season. But we have a chance to go beyond a lot of the new generations of UWM'ers wildest expectations... Dem Milwaukee Panteras sure looked like some resilient ice cold slayer cats Wednesday night, despite not playing perfect by an Austin Arians long shot. He was due to cool off... Watch him thread 7-10 against Judson to balance back out. Shoot. I just want to win- every. game. possible. Is 25 within reach? (remember we have the Motor City Radicalness games to play too....). For now, let's get to 8. GO PANTHERS!!!!

winnning 25 regular season games would mean only sropping a couple in conference play. it would put jeter atop the alltime wins wins list in school history, and we'd have an outside chance at an at large spot.

Judson is an NAIA school located in Elgin, Ill., and has an enrollment of 1,200. Joel Cotton enters his fourth year as the head coach of the Eagles basketball program, his seventh overall.
The team raced out to a 6-0 start but have stumbled, dropping six games in a row to fall back to .500 on the year at 6-6.

Just a piece of advice I've picked up from going to games at the KC (especially today since I believe meter parking is also free in the Sandburg parking structure). If you park in the Sandburg structure facing the KC, it's a short walk to the doors and you're only outside for two minutes, if even. The real benefit comes when it's time to leave as you'll be able to get out of there quick.
