Detroit by 10, I think. that would put us at 6-10 and have us facing Detroit again in the 5-8 game.

Win this game and the Panthers would likely have a 1st round home game in the HLT.
However with the play as of late winning this game seems like a pipe dream at best.

How long does this thread go before loveyouso professes his satisfaction in going 16-15?

If the look in their eyes was nothing on Tuesday, what will the eyes look like for a road game 45 hours later.

Detroit is only a 6 point favorite. So if we win tonight (yes, I know that's a big if), will we be guaranteed a home game on Tuesday?

How long does this thread go before loveyouso professes his satisfaction in going 16-15? How about right now! Don't you have anything better to do than criticize Rob Jeter? How many unjustly incarcerated people (in your opinion) have you supported in this century. Since I've been up here ('99) I've been involved in the Free Clarence Elkins and Justice for David Camm web sites, and signed a petition trying to stop the execution of Troy Davis. As I said the other day "2 out of 3 ain't bad".

Detroit is only a 6 point favorite. So if we win tonight (yes, I know that's a big if), will we be guaranteed a home game on Tuesday? If we win tonight and Oakland loses toe Green Bay we will essentially be a lock for a home game. We would finish 7-9 While Detroit, Youngstown State, and Oakland would all be 6-9. YSU and Oakland play each other so the winner would tie us and lose the tiebreaker while the loser would finish a game behind us. I'll carry what's left of my optimisim. Lets go Panthers!!! Give me the birthday present of a win! That's all I want today!

Wow! I honestly forgot that there's a game tonight.
That's progress, I suppose.

Where has this intensity been?
Good start to the game. Play with half of that effort last game and things would've been different...

I may be wrong, but wouldn't a Panther win tonight get them a home game in the Horizon League tournament? With a win, the Panthers would be 7-9, Detroit would be 6-9, and Youngstown State would be 6-9. The Panthers would hold the tie breaker over Detroit and Youngstown State by virtue of beating Green Bay earlier this year, since all three teams will have gone 3-3 against the other two teams in the potential three way tie. If Oakland was to join the cluster, I don't want to do all of the math, but I would think the Panthers would be in the top two of a four way tie by virtue of going 5-3 against the three other teams in the potential four way tie. I could be wrong on all of this, but I don't see how the Panthers don't finish in the top 6 with a win tonight.
This is still all very hypothetical... 20 long minutes of basketball to go against a decent team who, in recent history, has been very tough against us in the 2nd half of basketball games.
Oops, just realized that Detroit would have to win against Green Bay to end the year, and since they also beat Valparaiso, they would hold the tie breaker over Milwaukee.
