The officiating was atrocious tonight but I am glad to get out with a W!
That being said this team has got to figure out how to close out games and keep their foot on an opponents throat.
We got out alive today but if we continue to blow big leads at the end of games it will come back to bite us and cost us a few games this year a la Northeastern.

Encouraging win. Team still is sloppy in some areas, refs trying to make it a game didn't help, but there's a definite positive vibe with this team. At least we're closing it out with FTs, knock on wood.

Finally was able to get to a game. Overall, was pleased with the effort, but we need to finish games. That said, this team is noticeably different than the last few.
One thing... while I love Tiby's energy and leadership, he needs to tone it down. His "ball game" (on a missed free throw by the way) was bush league. First, he looked like an idiot after missing the FT. Second, he's lucky he didn't get T'd up for taunting. He needs to learn what to say during the course of a game, and the right time to say them.

Speaking of Perry. He played like sh*t until the last half of the 2nd half. Mostly in the last 5 minutes. Some Pre-season MVP... what was that all about. It was like he wasnt really trying until the end. Then all of a sudden he was hustling his ass off making shots getting steals.
