Don't know where to start with this one.
1, Matt Tiby may be the team's best player, but Steve McWhorter is the most indispensable one. With everything falling apart around him in the first 20 minutes, Steve-O steadied the ship.
2, Through the season's first 10 days, the Panthers have four victories over Division 1 opponents; the rest of the Horizon League has six combined.
3, The Panthers have four wins away from home so far this season, including two true road victories. Many teams have yet to play two true road games. Last season, the Panthers' lone road win was at IUPUI in the BracketBuster.
4, Milwaukee showed that it can indeed overcome trying circumstances, including an official's whimsical whistle.

I can't believe we are a 4 point loss to Loyola away from being undefeated. Kind of ridiculous considering last season.

Well, this team appears to be motivated and focused.
That can go a long way.
It can make a huge difference to have someone yelling at you from the bench (that's Tiby, of course).
