If people transfer out, yes. You need to be above 925 to not get interest from the NCAA. Just because you're under, though, doesn't mean you're in trouble. It just means they're watching. Obviously this is around the transition.

My understanding is that, if you're below 925 as a team, and you had at least 1 player leave school while academically ineligible, you lose a scholarship immediately. Fortunately, those that left UIC after 11-12' must've been ok academically, because we didn't lose a scholarship this year.
900 is the cutoff for postseason in 13-14'.
Starting in 14-15', postseason cutoff rises to a 4-year rolling avg of 930 or a 2-year avg of 940.
