I would like to know if our new AD will actually try to encourage an active student fan body, to the point where there is an orientation to teach new student fans the cheers, the fight song, etc...

Every new student orientation tour at Oklahoma State ends in the athletic department ticket office so the students can buy season tickets. Obviously our situation is different, but there's no reason to say we can utilize coaches, administrators, or student athletes to end these tours and ask for their support when they arrive on campus.

It's been almost a month since I sent an email to our current AD expressing my feelings regarding the current state of our men's basketball program and the state of our athletic department in general.
No response. Not even an automatic reply acknowledging the email. In other words, exactly what I expected.

MacArthur's tour of the grounds of the M*A*S*H 4077. It will have been about as abbreviated, as well.

One does not have to be around a long time to do a lot of damage!!!! Geiger's main contriubtion has been a major factor in the mens basketball cratering and looking like it could be in the ditch for quite awhile unless drastic changes are made such as new facilities, back to the Cell and coaching regime change. Mr Know It All Out of Touch came in here , made a rash decision going back to the KC and alumni attendance dropping like a rock. Irrelevant and almost forgotten in local media 7 years after a Sweet 16, Times have changed. Good luck Jeter recruiting after this year and showing recruits the KC. Nice...not like Ryan or Pearl rope a doping this 10 years ago. It is not gonna fly...we need to go back to the Cell in the interim if no plan and if there is a plan announced such as a Gentile Center type makeover do it fast and get moving before this thing just settles down into us being on a par again with the likes of Northern Illinois and Chicago State in mens hoops. Working out as well as Rob/s new up tempo style!!! Students are important but this is a real hybrid here and we can not expect a huge metro alumni base to be excited about sitting in a cramped, uncomfortable high school facility. It it was a true college atmosphere at the KC along the lines of a decent D 1 facilitity that is fine . But not in this garbage can piece of crap which is below us and shameful

The concession stands at Klotsche are also sorely deficient.
They have neither Cafe Latte nor chocolate babka.

Just wanted to share with you a message I recently received from former Panther fan Richie Appel: "Thanks so much for breaking me of my bad habit. I'm no longer addicted to UWM basketball. It had really begun to wear on me. Unfortunately, I'm now hooked on Seinfeld. What can I do? P.S. -- I really like that Kramer guy. Your friend, Richie Appel"

Here was my response:
Have you tried PEZ? Or you could join the Polar Bear Club.

Ran into John Mollica last night outside of the Racine Theater Guild. He said the intervention for Ritchie was taking place tomorrow night. Who's going?

Is there room for all of us to hide?
