Former Loyola forward Jon Gak cops dates with women by betting them on trivial details that he knows are obviously wrong.
Ramblers by 16.

Dustin Hoffman WAS in Star Wars. And this was NOT a date.

Hope you won't take it like Steve Gendeson on the golf course and go kill a dry-cleaner named Pincus. However, if you do, I'll drive the Bronco... Haha

I love how this season's Freak forum has devolved into Seinfeld references. It makes the reading a lot easier.

But then the reference wouldn't work.

Outscored 79-40 in the second half in Chicago ... and it was 70-25 with 4 minutes left before the late "surge."

Well, this is sure reminiscent of the past 3 games.
Compete in the 1st half... Phone it in in the 2nd.
What do we do in the locker room at half-time? Pop sleeping pills or something? This is disturbingly crazy.
Another double-digit loss that wasn't even close after the 1st half. Yay Panthers. 5-17 (1-7). Can it get any worse? (I suppose the answer is "yes" unless we can actually win a couple (2? 3?) more games in this root canal of a season).
PS: Man, I am jealous of the Gentile Arena. To think that place looked no better than the KC just 2 years ago. I wish we had our own place like that (that didn't look worse than my H.S. gym).
PPS: Maybe, since we seem to run no semblance of an offense, we should just let Arians, Gulley and Aaron chuck up 3's every game. Our lack of a post presence is severely hurting our chances of scoring in every single game.
It's like we are a football team without a running game- we are telegraphing every single offensive possession- every opponent knows we will haphazardly pass the rock around the 3pt line and chuck it up as the shot clock expires- 9 out of 10 times... and outside of Jordan Aaron we don't even have another slasher to keep defenses honest in the interior.
What happened to the James Haarsma from last year? Where is Evan Richard? Kelm? Beuller? Beuller?
Well- I am still counting on that 4 game winning streak in the HLT in March!! Lol. Who knows. That wouldn't be any more crazy than this season has been.
