I've made a thread for posterity on the PantherU forum for anyone's perusal. It wouldn't let me upload the entire PDF because it was too large, so I separated each page and posted each of the 12 pages as a JPG file. It should be noted that the files are out of order in the thumbnail list...make sure you're clicking on the right "PageX.jpg" file.
