I left the discussion board a few weeks ago. You can too. Time to completely give up on this program. The ship has to sink before any real change will happen. wait...the ship hasn't sank yet? We starting taking on water in South Carolina, and by the time the "guins" were done beating us in our high school gym I thought we capsized. I've never had any semblance of shame for being a Panther until this year. |

When Jeter's current contract runs out, the U.S. will have just inaugurated its next president.

How does a team score 8 points in a half of a basketball game? I figured that maybe they let Demetrius Harris shoot three pointers all second half, but even then, I'd guess he'd make at least 3.
And we're stuck with this for four more years. Terrible recruiting, terrible player development, and terrible game management. How are these guys coaching basketball at any level, needless to say a Division 1 program? This has to be worse than the last few years with Jimmy Collins at UIC.

God.... I would almost rather them do horrible the whole game than this. At least then you can become apathetic by the end of the game. This was like they were taunting us. Like "hey we can play this well, but we are gonna suck instead. Enjoy". I had my buddy hide my phone so I couldn't go off on here. Wow.... Just wow. Time for a drink... or ten

I still lurk here almost every day but for the most part have stopped commenting over the past few years because 1 I am out in DC and only make a game or two each year and 2 because I lost faith in Jeter about 4 years ago after seeing the direction he took the program and talking with former players that still have ties to the progam. I still fully support the program and will always make as many games as i can and the second I move back to WI (if ever) I will be a season ticket holder again but right now I am disgusted with the play of the players and the overall performance of the coaching staff. I think a combination of the recuiting hit we took moving back the the KC and the play of the team has put us as a bottom feeder team until we both have a new facility and a new coach. I dont think just one can dig us out from the hold we have dug. We need a cheerleader coach again that can light a small fire under the fanbase again and help drum up funds to the new arean. I dont know where this money comes from and my few hunderd dollar donation makes not meaningful impact but someone needs to wake up and helm this ship otherwise we really will be nothing more than a low major.
It just pains me the success the program build that we has pissed away over the past 6 years simply because no one had the guts to step in and stop renewing a a mistake.

Hack, I thought his contract was signed through 2014??? Did he get another extention??? I must have missed something. Good thing I am sitting down--still seething from the loss yesterday. |
