I feel like I'm watching a whole different team. They are playing confident, and more importantly, smart basketball. What I wouldn't give for Gulley to be a junior this year. But the fact the JJ and Austin are freshman is comforting.
Obviously the season is pretty much out the window at this point, but it will be nice if they keep this up to make things a little interesting. Not to jump the gun, but we are looking like a dangerous low seed in the conference tourney. Maybe not to win it, but I don't think anyone would want to face us if we keep the momentum going.
Before I start dreaming about making a run in the conference... I should probably focus on the second half. Keep it up boys!

Well... that didn't take long to lose a nice comfortable lead. Nothing new for our guys. Hopefully someone will find the bottom of the net and reopen the flood gates.

I've seen a lot of Panther games over the years... and this is easily the worst half of basketball I've ever witnessed. Luckily, UIC doesn't seem to want to win it either.
