That is true hasn't BigD from UIC been donning the bag look for years? I'm sure he's taken it off this year.

The Flames have lost five of their last six, including losses to Western Illinois, Miami (Ohio) and Toledo. I really thought they had it turned around. Then again, I believed that we were headed for 20 wins after the Davidson game.

So I can't help but wonder, when do we start donning paper bags on our heads for home games? You're clueless. I won't even waste my time with you explaining why. You're just not worth it.

After today, have you changed your tune? There were many times today when, had I a bag, I would have put it on. The view would have been better.

The bags are for the coach. It seems that doing it at a game directs it at the kids and is going a bit to far. They really are just kids. Now, without the leadership of a good coach, they are lost right now. But, on the other hand, what are we to do. Could next year go as poor as this year. The year is bad enough for the fan base. Two years of this will really kill it. No one will want to get tickets to see this again next year.

Make it a Buckethead Brigade and I'm in.
Betty: "Why does this dummy have a bucket on its head?" Kramer: "Because we're blind to their tyranny." Betty: "Then shouldn't you be wearing the bucket?"

1.9 million or not, we need to look at what's best for the program. How will this terrible season impact recruiting? Are we going to let Jeter string another couple of unacceptable seasons together? How would that impact the level of talent we are able to bring in on our next coach.
To me, the bags send a clear message, and I don't think any of the kids will be shocked by it. They were present while getting housed by Valpo, and they know how bad it is. I say if your going to do the bags, do it for one game against a good in-conference opponent. We don't want to negatively impact our university or future recruiting either, but losing like this should be publicly scorned. Go back to being good fans after the message is sent. Just my opinion.

Would love to see this now. At least there's more effort being put forth.
