Jeter sitting down in the middle of the 2nd half. The only times he removed his a%$ from the f&^#'n seat is when he wanted to get up and stretch his legs, while calling a time out. The after game response by one of the assistant coaches summed it up by him pretty much saying: "I really don't have anything good to say about this team". The End.

They obviously have tried to get this team to play hard every way they know how and the players obviously aren't buying into the coaching. Its a mexican stand off. Nothing is getting resolved unless something is done about either the players or the coaches. I am a Jeter fan but its a lot harder to drop scholarships and find new players than to make coaching changes. Problem is every option ends up with us biting the bullet in some way. Drop players = wash of season or two while you build a new team. Drop coaching = we pay out our ass. We leave it be = we don't win another game this season. Maybe just maybe the last one ends in a different result but it sure as hell isn't looking that way.

This season is lost... As is the coaching staff and players... Pay out the ass and spare us all this junk basketball. Then bring a great D-2 or D-3 coach at a reasonable salary. That's where we pulled the best coach we ever had in schools history... D2. Or just bring back Bruce. And I am serious about that... I don't want to hear how he cheated and broke rules.... Most programs do and just don't get caught....

With some of dreams that are posted on this board, whether it is football, the new on campus arena, the move to the MVC that was discussed within the past few years, why not discuss bringing Pearl back. Bruce Pearl has a show-cause tagged on him through the 2013-14 season, although an AD with half a brain could easily "show cause" that Pearl would be the perfect next coach for Milwaukee.

I would LOVE to see Pearl back, obviously with clauses in his contract. But he certainly looks comfy commentating on ESPNU on Saturdays. Also, I'm sure there are a sh&% load of Universities looking to snag him up once he's off probation.
