Really wish I had been older and attending Milwaukee during this run.
My shot at a night like that with a court storm came and ended in 2011. Maybe this year somehow.
I remember the teams well so it will be a nice flashback to watching us in the tourney that night. Heartbreaking night to try to get any sleep though...

You guys are right... don't let my jaded blurbs piss on what is a very well deserved celebration.
That said, wasn't Von McDade #30 too? I'd say it should be retired for both, if anything.

Von was #32. Larry Reed though, was also #30. I really wish they would do something like name the court or whatever after him. |

Yes, we will be celebrating the 10 year anniversary during the season. Don't know all the details, but there is a date set... Not allowed to say much more than that yet. Any updates on this? You'd think the department would want to announce this so people could make plans. |

Maybe if Bruce is there (along with players who performed to their abilities with maximum intensity) people might show up.
Seeing Bruce with those players will be as stark a juxtaposition with what's out there now as you can see.
