I slept right through it today. Guess that's what happens when you get home from work at 7:30.
The game between Schell and BCB.com on Friday night was a really great game. You can tell that the teams really were into it because they were playing defense, running plays and putting in a ton of effort. Tourney time!
I'm going to get to the Al McGuire Center as soon as I can tomorrow, because this is the last time we'll see Panoske, Kelm and Haarsma play until October's intrasquad scrimmage.

For those who can make it, the Milwaukee Pro-Am wraps it up today at the Al McGuire Center beginning at noon and ending with the championship at 5.
Milwaukee players begin in the second game, at 1 p.m. Kyle Kelm and JJ Panoske lead Schell Dentistry against Gruber Law's team, represented by Ricky Franklin, Anthony Hill, and Christian Wolf. Panther fans will also be very familiar with Jerry Smith and Leneal Harris on Gruber, and Ben Mills and Kam Cerroni on Schell.
I really thought Shell was going to win it all, then today they got slammed by Baird.
My bet is on the BrewCityBall.com team, which features Boo Wade and Green Bay recruit Carrington Love but runs on the beast, Dejuante Wade. He's just the best player in the Pro-Am. If he's not playing pro somewhere, he should be.
If you're there, come say hi. Always good to catch up with people on the board.

Sorry, I missed you on Friday night. Was looking for you on Saturday. I'll be at the Al for the first couple of games.
It's been a treat for me meeting JJ Panoske! He is a very nice young man.

My third shift job caused me to miss both Saturday and Sunday due to sleep. It's such an odd schedule, I'm not quite used to it yet.
Here's to hoping I don't sleep through my dentist appointment tomorrow.
