F the refs, how about not turning over the ball. 3 huge turnovers in the final minute. 2 of which should have been fouls on Detroit, so yes i blame the refs there, Kaylon got hammered on Ray Jr's layup should never have happened On top of the out of bounds play that Ray Jr knocked out but somehow was still called Detroit ball

Paris Gulley's marginal contact in the final minute that got whistled for a game-changing foul can be added to the list of horsesh*t as well.

Those "refs" are lucky I wasnt at this game. I would have ran out there and slugged him, damn the consequences...
I'm ready to change leagues...time to go to a REAL league, where they don't just pull refs out of the street 5 minutes before the game...

It's not anti-Milwaukee anything. It's anti-anyone other than Butler/CSU/Detroit. There were plenty of absolutely wretched calls that went our way in the game, but when it came down to it the refs favored the NBA prospects. I don't know if human beings as utterly incompetent as these refs are psychologically capable of the intelligence it would take to rig a basketball game one way or the other. They've just been trained like Pavlov's dogs to respond to certain stimuli, which happen to take the form of Ray McCallum et al.

Officiating in this abysmal league has sucked for years. Tonight is nothing new. Either way, I'm done worrying about it,

Phantom call on Allen, BS technical on Haarsma for telling like it is, NO technical on Ray Jr. for his dunk antics. Missed call/no review on the ball with 12 seconds left that went OFF Ray Jr. Many more missed/non calls impact than the TOs.

25 turnovers, so what? The turnovers we committed in the first half, a half we left with a five point lead, had no bearing on the final minute of the game. At one point we had a ten-point lead despite having 18 or 19 turnovers. They certainly weren't the difference in the game. Detroit shot 10 more free throws than us, many of which came from provably terrible calls -- Haarsma's two "blocks" and the resulting technical foul, Allen's "and-one" in which he made absolutely no contact with Ray McCallum, Gulley's two-shot foul in the final minute where he touched the ballhandler at the key and drew an instant whistle. Those are nine -- nine -- free throws that should never have occurred, and there are others.

@adriantigert: Panther followers and fans; losing in that fashion is bad enough. Complaining about the officiating only makes it worse. #losewithclass
