Bag-ders lose. The gold loses. uwgb loses.

Also - Have we had numbers like this at all this year? Overall FG: 49.1% 3 Point FG : 52.2% Free throws: 83.3% Very encouraged to see that. Were shots just dropping or were the shots better, ie not forced up with the shot clock winding down?

Both. A lot of good ball movement, freeing up the open man.
And Paris was unconscious from the left corner.

Good win today: UWGB was 9-1 at home before this game.

Glad the team won, didn't watch the game but it looks like an offensive mirage. To those predicting a win at Wright St, this program hasn't done it since the 04-05 season. Closing out a season basically on the road is never a good thing and more troublesome for a poor offense as most schools shoot significantly better at home.

Great win today at a tough environment....Green Bay fans were very loud when they actually got into the game. There were a few defensive lapses, but overall I thought our defense was pretty good. As for the offense....man its nice to hit open shots. AND how bout those free throws....Kaylon was huge today from the free throw line at the end. Finally, much ups to Ryan Allen. As everyone knows, he is not healthy but today his defense was phenomonal and he even got up high for many rebounds and that break-away dunk.
This was a much needed win obviously...now I hope people jump back on and cheer this team to the end.

Very encouraged to see that. Were shots just dropping or were the shots better, ie not forced up with the shot clock winding down? Seemed to be just a better, more free-flowing offense. An interesting item is that we played an 8 man rotation today (aside from 2 minutes from C. Wolf). Guys were allowed to stay on the floor and play. Not sure if this happened because of the good play on offense, or if the good play was a result of the continuity of keeping players out there. I tend to think more of the latter.

I get the feeling that the offensive numbers today were more an abberation than a sign of things to come. I hope we are both wrong.

Also of note ... Keifer Sykes is going to be a handful for the next three years. And fun to watch too.

That held ball call might be the single worst officiating blunder I've ever seen, and there are some doozies. This. Also, in a (very) inside joke, PICKLE TOWN!!!

Also of note ... Keifer Sykes is going to be a handful for the next three years. And fun to watch too. Unless Brian Wardle takes the ball out of his hands. After it was tied at 53, we made that run to pull away. During that run, Green Bay, which has one of the most dynamic players in the league decides to have Sykes simply dump the ball down to one of the big slow guys and let them try to work against the Milwaukee defenders. After they did that twice in a a span of a few possessions, I knew we would win. If I'm a Green Bay fan I have to be asking the question, what the hell were they doing?

Ryan Allen 0 blocks today. Z - E - R - O. Yeah, right.
Who is the "official" scorer up there? The jackass should be ashamed of himself.
That's ridiculous. He had at least two against Brown. Come on.
How can you have a homer keeping the official book for a game?
Ryan Allen should be League Defensive Player of the Year or they might as well stop giving out the award. I really hope someone in the athletic department is campaigning for him. Put together a highlight reel and send it to the league office. It would really be a shame if he doesn't get that recognition.

We know of Kaylon's chase of Marc Mitchell's assist record but Ryan is also chasing the single-season blocks record. With 31 blocks on the season, Ryan is 6 behind the single-season blocks record of 37 held by Dylan Page (2003-04) and Eugene Sims (93-94).

Panthers win! Panthers win! A sweep of GB and that with a Butler loss gives us a game lead for the 3rd slot plus keep us only a couple behind Valpo. This, this, this. The rats can jump overboard and drown in their own self-righteousness when the tide gets choppy, but I think this team is going to surprise some people when all is said and the final buzzer sounds. Lee(t's)gggggggoooooo PANTHERS. The only thing stopping us is doubt, hesitation, and uncertainty. When our guys are confident- no one single team in the conference can beat us. Even with a hobbled line-up, we can still win this League. Don't believe me? I understand- we have been nothing if not inconsistent. Well, I'll concede to your skepticism if we lose to the inexplicably vulnerable Detroit Mercy Titans and Cleveland State at home. I'm not taking Wright State for a gimme... but really? They are not the team that Brownell built. If we lose that game... I'll concede... We're a #4 finisher at best. But I have a strong feeling in my heart that we'll win that game. And the aforementioned others I and all of us pin our HLT postseason hopes upon. Just win. We have the guys. If we can close the sieve and shoot like we did today...? These cats could be Banner Boys. Obviously, though, talk and b*tch and moan and propagandize as we/I might- ultimately, it's up to them soldiers who proudly wear that black and gold and rep the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee. I trust RJ to go on a streak and turn some heads toward the East Side Connection.. #UWM #MILWAUKEE Call us what you want- but don't ever call us dead when so much life is yet to be played out.
