There's no doubt about it. If the Athletic Department chose not to interview him, then obviously there was a question. You have every right to disagree with the answer, as you are doing.Give me one legitimate reason why David Nikolic wasn't the correct answer.

Give me one legitimate reason why David Nikolic wasn't the correct answer. If i knew anything about the search and could answer your question, i would. i'm not a huge soccer fan, and i wasn't part of the search, so there is no way i can answer your question. Have you tried asking someone who can answer?
Clearly Nikolic was the obvious choice in your mind, and in the minds of those who agree with you.
The point i was making was to that you can't claim that Nikolic was the only obvious choice if it wasn't obvious to the person who got to make the decision. If it was so obvious to Rick Costello that Nikolic was the best choice, why didn't he choose Nikolic over Henschel?
Maybe Costello will answer your question if you ask him. Or maybe not. It's his call.

What was that guy "yelling" about when they were introducing the new soccer coach at the game last night? I heard something about this as well. This guy was on the seats on the westside of the Cell. I heard he got kicked out for a bit.

What was that guy "yelling" about when they were introducing the new soccer coach at the game last night? That was a wild scene, man. Couldn't believe my ears. It was as if Jimmy Collins himself was in front of the Arena partisans again.

Jimmy brought it up on facebook. Apparently he was a parent of a Whitewater athlete and had some nasty experiences with Henschel there. Regardless of his history with the coach, yelling at him and insulting him (and Costello for hiring him) in front of his wife and kids in entirely inexcusable.
