Just a terrible showing today. CSU is, without any doubt, the class of the league.
Reminds me a bit of last season after Valpo beat these guys up at the Arc. Milwaukee may need a players only meeting to find out who wants to play. 9 games left and they'll all be tough. We'll see how they respond at home against Butler this Thursday. It's a must win game.

I frankly have no interest in anybody criticizing the defense in this game. At some point you need to hit shots and score points. It's like blaming the Packers offense last week in the loss to the Giants. A-Rodg can't throw for 350 yards and four TD's every week, and the Panthers defense can't lock down every opponent every game. This team will have a short stay in the HL tournament if they can't find some offense.

We had a grand total of SIX assists this game. That is pathetic.
Tony Meier took two shots the entire game. There is something going on here and I have no idea what it is. But when your best shooter takes two shots and two of your worst shooters in Gulley and Williams launch 22 (and make five), bad things are going to happen.

Not a good weekend in Ohio. Move on and get ready for a big weekend in Milwaukee. Butler, Valpo and yes, YSU.

Embarrassing and pathetic game and road trip. Oh and that foul and subsequent technical on Kaylon was BS. Horrible, horrible call.

Perhaps it's bad luck for this team to shoot a respectable FT%...
It really hurts when Ryan Allen has a poor game. Couple that with yet another poor outing for Tony Meier, and I think '97 hit it on the head. We can't expect to shut every team down with our defense, we will need to find consistent offensive productivity somewhere.
The toughest part of our conference schedule is behind us, let's finish the rest of the schedule strong and procure a good seed in the conference tourney.

I was there- he was all over our guards and was mad he got called on it, he didn't need to act the way he did. It was a clean call. Good luck against valpo guys

It should have been an offensive foul on Montgomery who kept pushing Kaylon off with his hand to Kaylon's stomache.

I couldn't even watch most of that game. With an offense like that they're in trouble come the HL tourney.

Its odd how it seems every year come mid January many of us sit around and wonder, sometimes out loud to ourselves, what is wrong with this offense and why can they not find someone to be a 3 point threat.

Today's 17-24 free throw shooting isn't that bad. CSU only made 7 three pointers, god it seemed like they drained a lot more than that.

You obviously weren't watching the csu/uw game. Williams was basically laying on top of him. I understand that when you're down and out by 20, things get frustrating, but he has to learn how to deal with it. The moment he started throwing a fit, the whole arena knew what was coming next.

They also shot over 63% for the game, largely due to easy transition baskets and good looks that came from their defensive pressure.
