Loved what Boudreau said post-game with Bill -- "Good luck to the rest of the league coming in here to play 'cause we're done." Agreed. Don't know why, but the ARC always gives teams fits.

Williams, Panthers luck out against Valpo
By Mark Lazerus Special to the Journal Sentinel
Valparaiso, Ind. -- It really wasn't a terribly good shot. It was off target and hit the rim with a thud, bouncing high in the air, coming down on the side of the rim and clanking once more.
Then, somehow, it rattled in.
Kaylon Williams had it all the way.
Just watched the game and this really isn't true at all. Kaylon knocked down a cold-blooded 3 with a defender in his face and the game on the line.
These are the moments that I believe help make Kaylon an indisputable all-league performer.
By the way, last night he set up teammates for 16 wide-open shots or layups. Ball security and free-throw shooting notwithstanding, there's only so much Kaylon can do.
He is indeed our most important player.

Watched it again. Kaylon's shot landed soft on the rim and fell with a shooter's roll.
Notions of the game-winner being "off-target" and hitting the rim with a "thud" are ridiculous.
Who would you rather have taking this shot than Kaylon? I seem to recall him sinking quite a few clutch shots from distance during his 46 games in a Milwaukee uniform.

And don't forget, he played all 40 minutes.
The guy is tough as nails, does what it takes to win, and I love having him on the team I root for.

Just before his 3, go back and check the play just before that.
There was a scrum for the ball and who ends up throwing his body on the ball and getting the time out called.

Watching the game again right now.
I have no idea how that is a blocking call on Tony at 5:32 of the 2nd Half.

Paul, checked out that 5-second call in the 1st half against Kaylon you were talking about.
Yeah, it was a garbage call.

valpo's play-by-play guy has one of the strangest radio voices i've ever heard
holy crap...this guy is like a forever alone gus johnson...i don't think Valpo has trailed this game at all and he's still having "gusgasms" every five seconds

He's got a strange little hitch in his voice too. I don't know how to explain it.
