In my previous post I said we'd win with 'D'. That game was winning with 'D'. Valpo was something like 1 for 17 from 3. That's great 'D'!!!

According to Jimmy's tweets, sounds like they are going to have some stories to bring back to us re: the way Milwaukee fans were treated.

That was a beautiful ugly win. Kaylon was terrific when he wasn't unbelievably bad. I keep holding out hope that some day it will be "Good Kaylon" all game long, but he's just not that kind of player, I guess. But he came through again when he had to. Great result. Now let's show Green Bay how you win at Hinkle.

Loved what Boudreau said post-game with Bill -- "Good luck to the rest of the league coming in here to play 'cause we're done."
Big, big road win for the Panthers.
This was the kind of win you get through toughness. I love that quality in this team.

Winner against Butler is the team to beat in the league.

Whew. Defense won that one. As has been the case all year. We have a very good defensive team. It will take a big time effort for any Horizon League team to score 60 points on us.

You can expect Butler to come out with their hair on fire on Saturday. They do not want to go to 1-2 with Milwaukee at 4-0.
Big win for UIC over Detroit tonight. Tell me which of those rosters has more talent. Howard Moore is making that team dangerous, as we saw in Milwaukee.

That game down at the UIC Pav might be a tougher game than first thought

I'm elated.
Aesthetics notwithstanding, this is a terrific result.
I believe that's our third-ever win at The ARC.
3-0 to start the conference season.
Valpo was limited to a staggering 1 of 17 from downtown.
Can't wait to see the game.

Fun fact: Milwaukee is now 12-0 in it's last 12 Horizon League regular season games.

Fun fact: Milwaukee is now 12-0 in it's last 12 Horizon League regular season games. Good to see. If we can get past Butler. I see a few more games in a row that we should win with 3 at home and one at Youngstown St.

The Panthers are now second in the nation in 3-point field-goal percentage defense at 23.5 percent, trailing only Virginia Tech (22.8 percent).
Wisconsin is third at 24.1 percent and Temple is fourth at 24.7 percent.
