Defense quickly becoming Milwaukee's identityWe've been talking for years about how Jeter's program has lacked an identity. They don't play the swing, more of a swing/dribble drive motion hybrid offense. They don't press like Pearl's teams did. They don't score like LMU and they don't have a catchy "Butler Way" to how they go about things. But the Panthers do have an aspect of their game that is quickly becoming their identity. It's defense, and it's back in a big way for the Milwaukee Panthers. War Milwaukee.

First 7 games, only two where Milwaukee's opponents shot over 40%...that will always keep us in games.

No doubt we have played good defense over the first 7 games, but I think we will see exactly how good our defense is when we play some stiffer competition over the next couple of weeks.
