LOL...that was the biggest douche ref I had ever seen...Remember how everyone in the arena joined us in the "WORST REFS EVER" chant...that was fun...

That single game probably drove him out of the Horizon League.

I never saw that it was James Wright he was hugging. That makes it so much better.

Panthers by 8 1/2 over UIC
We welcome back Darin Sutton to Milwaukee, after calling the Tulsa- Arizona State game last night in warm Tempe.

And yet they're 0-5 in the Horizon League. Crazy. UIC guy here. The 0-5 is deceiving. We could just as easily be 3-2. Pissed away double-digit leads against Valpo and Detroit and lost by 2 at Youngstown State. We have no point guard to lead us down the stretch. With a new coach, new system, and the empty cupboard left by Collins, things have been tough, but we're slowly on our way back.

It does seem UIC is much better than last year, and they had a few games this year that they could/should have won. Milwaukee has to be careful, they cannot let off the gas. Even though UIC is at the bottom of the conference, it does not mean that this will be an automatic win for the Panthers.

"Milwaukee has to be careful; (it) cannot let off the gas."
Especially when the enemy lurks within.

THANK YOU!! To me, still the greatest thrill I have ever had at a UWM game (Sadly missed beating Butler that year). I know some people still call that The Milwaukee Miracle....and some UIC fans getting pissy when it is mentioned to them...LOVE IT!!!

In reviewing some numbers while trying to find some answers for the team's wildly erratic play, here's what I found:
1, When the Panthers score 37 or more points in the first half, they win. Every time.
2, In all but the Bowling Green (35 points) and Detroit (28) games, the Panthers lose when they score 35 or fewer points in the first half.
Here's hoping that the Panthers score at least 37 points in the first half tonight.

I see the Bo Ryan influence of having no names on the back of the jerseys has now infected UIC.
