Ken Pomeroy has us going 12-17 this year with losses against teams like Niagara, FAU, SDSU, UIC, and Loyola. I see things quite a bit differently. He also has us losing at home to Wright State, which seemingly hasn't happened since the Kennedy Administration.
Not to worry, the best games are thankfully played on the court ... unlike college football.

Pomeroy would be the first to tell you that his predictions before the season are at their lowest level of reliability because of a dearth of data.
Let's see where we are 10 games in.

I should hope his website gets better as the season goes on. This guy must really be at a loss for data.
I don't even know where to start with this list, but as Fran mentioned Pomeroy himself would likely laugh at the reliability. That being said, Ohio St. loses the national player of the year and they get picked 2nd behind the national champs? Its tough to make sense of that. Even if you say they reloaded you can't help but notice Butler retained their whole team besides GH, and reloaded with an impressive replacement, and they fell off the map.
