ghostofdylan, It's amazing. I would go back in a heartbeat. There's so much history in the streets of Rome it'll make your head spin. Firenze (Florence) is a city dripping with art, and while that's not really something that piques my interest, it makes for a gorgeous city with plenty of things to do and see at all hours...Tuscany, including beautiful San Gimignano, is rolling hill after rolling hill with vines as far as the eye can see. Siena is a beautiful view of tan-colored (like the crayon) rooftops as you enter the city, with neighborhoods flying flags of archaic, wealthy families. Lucca is a fortress with a hatred for Siena since before the middle ages... All in all, before I had the privilege of traveling to Italy, it was one of two dream vacations for me. Following my week long stay, it is something I'll never forget, and will hopefully have the luxury of visiting again one day. It is a country that is vastly different than the US and really makes you realize just how new our country really is.

Agreed. I've never been either, but my son will be going for 8 days in October on a tour similar to what the Panthers are doing. Hope he takes lots of pictures!

I loved going to Italy, it was a great experience. I loved climbing all the tall buildings, evading the Templars and killing the bad guys.
Oh wait, I was playing Assassin's Creed II.

Used to spend all summer there. Start in Milan, go to Rome then down south to Calabria to visit the grandparents. What a fantastic place to get away to. The history, the culture, the women....ahh to be young again. I was there for the 1990 WC, what a mad house. It was even crazier after they lost.

We need to refer to the game now as Pallacanestro and a dunk is now "Schiaccia".

Panthers win 88-47 and held Livorno to 14 first half points. Ryan Allen led the team with 11 points and a crowd pleasing dunk. Everybody but Q scored and Kyle Kelm impressed (according to Kevin O'Connor).
Tomorrow should be a good test for the Panthers according to O'Connor. Can't wait to see how we handle it.
